The professional Powersports salesperson is an articulate communicator and is very passionate about helping people. He or she is enthusiastic about life in general and looks forward to new challenges. You must be computer literate, with knowledge of how to navigate email, Microsoft Excel, and Word, and be familiar with (or be able to quickly learn) Google docs.
You need not be a college graduate, but post-high-school education is a plus. Powersports experience is not necessary, but knowledge of our industry as a user of our products can be very helpful.
A valid Driver's license is a requirement and the ability to obtain a motorcycle endorsement is mandatory.

We sell fun in the form of Polaris, Can-Am and Honda Off-Road ATVs and Side by Sides, and Indian, KTM, Honda and Ural motorcycles, and Vanderhall autocycles, and there are a lot of customers buying fun!We are open 5 days a week and you will get every Sunday and Monday off, and we offer a full suite of benefits. I. SALES: Achieve Targeted Sales Goals- Follow a sales process that ensures a satisfactory purchase experience
- Set and monitor individual sales forecasts toward achievement of key performance indicators
- Actively seek, identify and obtain new prospects in a way that leads to increased sales
- Maintain ongoing customer relationships through timely follow-up per company policy
- Understand and practice company core values when interacting with customers & employees
