Absolutely amazing customer service. I have dealt with a lot of sales people in my life, and this team by far exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond any sales team I have worked with. Cody was very knowledgeable and helpful and not once pushy, when a difficult situation presented itself him and the rest of the team were respectful with their questions and kindness. If I could name them all I would but I'm horrible with names. Noah with finances made me feel heard and understood. While I won't mention the issue because it's private, I will say that Noah handled fantastically. Despite the fact that these guys are 100 miles away from me, quite literally, and I only went in for a tire change but ended up with a new beautiful ride I can't not recommend making the trip to them enough.

Purchased a Honda AT (new), would definitely do it again given the below: Pros: - Easy access location west of Pueblo - Friendly staff - Spacious showroom - Great pricing (for my AT) - Jordan Davis is fantastic. Great communicator, fair, and easy to work with. My delivery was delayed almost 5-6 months due to a Honda recall (nationwide) and accessories not yet available. Jordan continually worked and communicated with me throughout the entire process until delivery was made. - Straightforward consignment process for my old bike Cons: - Consignment contact was consistently not replying / replying late to emails, she is no longer at this location as of this date so hopefully this is changed now. - Service shop did not confirm full recalibration after accessory install which required me to wait around and additional hour and a half while they worked to resolve. Overall, still a great shop and I would have no reservations taking my business back to them in the future.

Went in to look at a unit skeptical of the sales approach but I got to tell you the sales guy Cody was amazing answered my questions directly, looked out for some things that I didn't ask and he was very polite a no BS kind of guy during this process I got to deal with the sales manager Jordan awesome guy the parts girl Jen who was extremely knowledgeable and then the owner Chuck even came and shook my hand really really nice guy. I think it's worth noting the place is extremely organized, dusted and laid out in a manner where you could find everything that you would want whether it be parts accessories or apparel. Highly recommend doing business with this company they will be the best for you

Let me tell you about the BEST day ever — and it all started at Strictly Powersports when we went to pick up a Polaris Scrambler XP 1000 for my husband for Valentine’s Day! 💝🏁 If you’re even thinking about getting any type of powersports vehicle, I promise you — it is 1000% worth the drive to Strictly Powersports in Pueblo. We actually bought our first ATV in Woodland Park, and let’s just say… the difference in service, professionalism, and overall experience here is night and day. Strictly Powersports is truly on another level! Our sales rep, Cody, was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly the ATV we wanted — no stress, no pressure, just genuine excitement to help us. You can tell he really cares about his customers. And the whole team — Jennifer, John, and Noah — were just fantastic! They were so friendly, super knowledgeable, and made sure every single one of our questions was answered. They walked us through everything we needed to know and made the whole process feel fun and easy. The cherry on top? Two thumbs up! I contacted them about a pre-owned bike on marketplace that seemed too good to be true. I received nearly an immediate response from Chuck the owner. I went and viewed the bike and it was exactly as represented. The process of purchasing the bike was quick and efficient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I actually enjoyed the entire experience and will definitely be back for service when needed. Highly recommend Strictly Powersports!!

A great dealership with professional and friendly staff. They do not demonstrate high-pressure sales tactics. We selected a side by side and inquired about additions. They gave us a quote for each item and made our purchase very smooth. Great place, great products, fabulous service! Highly recommend!

This is a great place to buy an ATV or side-by-side. Kacey Williamson is a great salesperson. She was helpful, friendly, did not try to convince us to buy anything, and answered all of our questions. We found a great vehicle that was used as a demo vehicle. It is in new condition and only has 155 miles on it. This saved us over $6,000 compared to a be one. Thank you for the friendly process.

Great people but pretty small

I usually dont give 5 stars. But the staff there at Strictly Powersports are awesome. Jennifer with parts ordered my new exhaustpipes and kept me updated for the three month they were being built. And the service kept are wonderful to work with with. Thank you. My 2020 Indian Roadmaster Darkhhorse never sounded better.

I wish there was an option to give more stars because Jordan and his entire team went above and beyond with the purchase of our new Polaris Xpedition ADV. after being screwed around by another dealer, we chose to start working with Strictly And from the very first conversation with Jordan, he definitely made us feel like our business was very important and he valued us as customer. The drive from our house to the dealership is 3 1/2 hours, but every bit of the drive was well worth working with them. In addition to everything going above and beyond Jordan arranged for somebody to meet us so we did not have to make the entire drive and he did all of this to where we could purchase primarily over the phone and electronic signature. What an amazing experience I cannot tell you how highly I would recommend this dealership.
