Chuck Golinvaux
Owner/General Manager
"Fearless Leader and Visionary"
Chuck hails originally from Dubuque IA. One of 11 children, (7 sisters!) Chuck learned early on the value of a hard day's work. His first job at 9 years old was as a newspaper carrier for the Des Moines Register and later on the Telegraph-Herald. From there he progressed to busboy at local downtown eateries. During college at the University of Iowa, he played rugby and labored at a local factory that made armrests for new Chevrolet pickups.
After a long and productive career in the retail automotive industry, Chuck decided in 2000 he needed a change to an industry that possessed a little more of a "fun factor". That led him to Bozeman MT, and eventually to Spearfish SD, where he was a minority partner in a Honda®-Yamaha-KYMCO-Arctic Cat dealership. When the decision was made to sell that dealership, Chuck agreed to stay on to help with the transition. When he left that dealership, Chuck decided to look for a new adventure in a milder climate.
In 2013, Chuck purchased HyMark Motorsports (now Strictly Powersports) with the intent to expand the facility and add Indian Motorcycle®. Indian was added at the end of 2015, and a building expansion was started in August of 2017. In early 2018, Honda was added to the Strictly Powersports line-up. As 2018 drew to a close, the new 36,000 sq. ft. facility was completed, and HyMark started 2019 as the all-new Strictly Powersports. Not finished growing, Strictly Powersports added Can-Am products to the line-up in early 2021, and Strictly is now the pre-eminent dealership in Southern Colorado
Chuck is the proud father of one son, 5 daughters and a step-son, and he is working hard to spend more time with his children.
Interesting facts:
Chuck refereed college basketball until retiring just prior to the 2021 season, and unknown to most, he was a pretty good French horn player as a child. Chuck also spent a night in jail without having been arrested or suspected of any criminal activity (you will have to ask him about that!)

Vicki Lee
Bookkeeper
Keeper of the Money!
Vicki was born in Kansas, not far from where Dorothy woke up to discover, "There's no place like home." She was not there long; when she heard the Wicked Witch of the West lived nearby, she relocated to Arizona for nearly 40 years, with short stints in Texas and Colorado. She settled in beautiful Pueblo around 2007.
Vicki has worked in various industries throughout her career; she counts banking, lobbying, senior care and construction among her credits. Just prior to coming to Pueblo, she was the Chief Financial Officer for a behavioral health center in NE Arizona. She has served on a number of boards of directors; her local Chamber of Commerce, a regional Health Care Center, and a regional Insurance board.
When we purchased HyMark Motorsports in 2013, Vicki answered an ad for a temporary part-time bookkeeper. She had no dealership experience, but like all of us, she has learned a lot along the way. More than 5 years later, she is still watching over the pennies... and nickels dimes and dollars!
Vicki has 2 grown children; one lives here, ond one in Dallas, TX. She lives with her "little dog" Baby, a miniature pinscher.
Some interesting facts about our money gal:
She has a long background in sports. she coached little league for more than 10 years; was an assistant coach for her daughter's softball teams, and was a high school baseball AND softball umpire. She currently hones her talents at the pool tables, as an active member of the American Poolplayers Association; she has played in national tournaments in Vegas and currently plays on teams in Pueblo and Colorado Springs. If you're foolish enough to bet against her in a game of 8-ball, there's a good chance you'll go home with lighter pockets!Nichole spent roughly 10 years performing with a rock burlesque group known as The Flaunt Girls. They perform across the country at biker events and rallies and were featured for 4 seasons on the truTV series Full Throttle Saloon. She is a trained ballet, jazz, tap, and hip hop dancer, and in the past 8 years Nichole has taken to the world of ballroom dancing. Not your average Service and Marketing Manager, this one. She also enjoys teaching dance in her "spare time" and she is an aerial fabric artist (think Cirque du Soleil.) She is a proud Navy Mom and avid supporter of our United States military.
A few years ago Nichole completed her motorcycle safety course so she could command her own ride. Her favorite bike is the Scout Icon.
Nichole did a great job running our service department, but she is an even better event planner. We have had 8 memorable Christmas parties in her time here, and she has planned and executed countless successful bike nights and weekend promotions.
Funny Fact: Nichole is... how should we say this?... a loud laugher. If she hears something that's funny, you're likely to know it if you are close by!

Her first job was driving a combine when she was 10 years old. Her first job off the farm was a cashier at a grocery store. For 10 years she worked as a Business Office Manager at a nursing home. She was looking for a change of pace and decided that Strictly Powersports was a great place to end up.
